We never sell, rent, and share any of your personal information.
Most of the airline tickets, vacation packages and service fees are non-refundable. All flight cancellation must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only if
Once you have applied your cancellation request with our customer service agent. We will then send you an email notification of request acceptance. But we are unable to provide a specific time line for how long it may take. Refund process time is not grated for any request. All refund requests are processed in a sequential format.
We process all refund requests on REQUEST basis only. You are requested to please contact us after 72 hours for making your refund request to re-confirm if the refund request has been processed. If it would take more time please allow another 60 days to reflect on your credit or debit card after the refund request approval.
