Terms and Conditions
Customers are requested to read and familiar themselves with our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are applies with all customers who made their trip booking, hotel booking, cars rentals and flight reservation with us. These terms and conditions apply to them who make their self reservation with our website or book with our agents.
International Flight Booking Terms and Conditions:
- Traveler must enter their exactly as per their passport. Name changes after booking confirmation may be not allowed free.
- You have to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your flight, hotel booking.
- Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are only subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
- For any information regarding your Flyer miles or promotion contact the airline directly.
- Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, immigration clearance and a passport with validity.
- An infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary otherwise you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare and Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
- Circleotrip is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines.
- Circleotrip has the right to cancel any booking without any prior notice. The promotional deals are only meant for bookings personal travel only.
Domestic Flight Booking Terms and Conditions:
- All bookings issuance shall be under the terms and conditions laid by the respective airlines or service providers.
- We always recommend airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.
- Traveler must agree with terms & conditions of the respective airline by accepting our booking terms.
- Airlines seats are subject to availability.
- Special Fares on flights are not applicable on group bookings.
- Baggage allowance are as per airline guidelines.
- Flight schedules and timings changes are subject to regulatory approvals.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS:
We accept all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, most major debit cards verified in US, Canadian or other country billing address.
- All bookings and fares are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation number by email.
- When you submit your credit or debit card for a purchase, we request an authorization for the booking fare. In case of not booking, you card will not be charged and your amount will be in your account.
- If your credit or debit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you.
- We bear no responsibility in case of your credit or debit card is failed to charged.
- Circleotrip maintains standards of safety for all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards payment processing.
- If any transaction is determined as high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined it’s safe.
Check In Times:
- For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure according to airline rules.
- For Domestic Flights, the standard check-in time is 2 hours before departure according to airline rules.
BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES:
For excess baggage, you will have to pay for extra baggage as per each airline. We recommend traveling with light weight bags to reduce these costs. To find the right baggage fees charges for each airline, please visit Baggage Fees page for those airlines. Usually baggage fees range from $15 up to $200. It depends on the size and weight of the bag. We request you to contact the airline directly for the latest baggage fees on check baggage and baggage policy.
CANCEL AND EXCHANGE TERMS & POLICIES:
Most of airline tickets are non-refundable. In some special cases the airline may allow for free cancellations or a credit offered for a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. We recommend discussing the cancellation and refunding policy before bookings if you have guess of cancellation by you. All bookings where the cancellation may be granted must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure. We are bound with any guaranteed cancellation refund. All schedule, timings and flights change are governed by each airline's rules, policies and procedures, which are not under our control.
FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS:
All flight tickets are fully non-refundable. In certain conditions the airline allows free cancellations or a credit for future travel flight ticket with an applicable charge and a fare difference with same airline. Bookings cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight. We (Circleotrip) do not guarantee that any cancellations will be possible.
